Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt full-fat or Greek for extra creaminess

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries to remove the green tops, then chop them into small pieces.
  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, sugar (or honey), and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust Consistency: If the lassi is too thick, add milk or water. Blend again for 5-10 seconds.
  • Serve and Garnish: Pour the strawberry lassi into a glass, add ice cubes, and garnish with chopped nuts or mint leaves.

For a Vegan Version: Substitute dairy yogurt with coconut yogurt and use almond or oat milk.
