  • 10 ounces Ghirardelli Baking Chips bittersweet, semi-sweet, or milk chocolate
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries with stems

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly to ensure the chocolate adheres well.
  • Prepare any desired toppings on small plates.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  • Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and optionally coat with toppings.
  • Drizzle melted white chocolate over the dipped strawberries for decoration.
  • Chill the strawberries for about 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
