  • 2 (5 oz) bags mixed greens
  • 1 red apple (diced)
  • 1 pear (diced)
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella or fresh mozzarella pearls

Dressing Preparation

  • Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl or jar until well combined and set aside.

Salad Assembly

  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, ensuring they are fresh and properly prepared.

Notes
