Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 2 medium zucchinis Cut into fry-shaped sticks.

Breading

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko) For extra crunch.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds savory depth.

Binder

  • 1 large egg Used to bind the breadcrumbs to the zucchini.

Spices & Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Finishing

  • Cooking spray For light spraying on the fries before air frying.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the zucchinis into fry-shaped sticks, about 3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.

Breading

  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper.
  • Beat the egg in a separate bowl, then dip each zucchini fry into the egg and coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Arrange the breaded fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with cooking spray, and air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping or tossing halfway through.
  • Cook until golden and crispy, then serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

For best results, pat zucchini dry with paper towels before breading. Use panko for extra crunch and do not overcrowd the basket.
