  • 4 large flour tortillas

Cheeses

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Butter mix

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered side of the tortillas.

Cooking

  • Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket, cheese side up, in a single layer; you may need to cook in batches.
  • Air fry for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove the tortillas, sprinkle with dried parsley, cut into wedges, and serve immediately.
