Thank you for purchasing from Ely Recipes. We want every customer to have a clear understanding of how refunds and digital downloads work.
Digital Products
Pasta, Made to Share and other downloadable products sold by Ely Recipes are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and access is provided after successful payment, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
When a Refund May Be Provided
Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same order, received the wrong digital product, received a corrupted or inaccessible file that we cannot replace, or believe a transaction was made without your authorization.
We may request your order number, purchase email address, and information needed to verify the transaction.
Change-of-Mind Requests
We generally cannot provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after access to the digital product has been provided or the file has been downloaded.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
Download Problems
If you experience a problem downloading or opening your ebook, please contact us before requesting a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a working copy of the purchased product.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Digital Content & Cancellation Rights
Where applicable law provides cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital content, those rights will be respected.
Where legally permitted, by requesting immediate access to digital content after payment, you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately and that certain cancellation rights may be affected once digital delivery begins.
