Ingredients

  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk divided
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract split between layers
  • 2 tbsp holiday sprinkles plus extra for topping
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract optional
  • Crushed candy canes optional
  • Mini marshmallows optional
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt optional
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts optional

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with nonstick spray.
  • Divide the condensed milk in half. Add 7 oz to a bowl with semi-sweet chocolate chips and the other half to a bowl with white chocolate chips.
  • Microwave the semi-sweet mixture in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla and spread into the prepared pan.
  • Repeat the melting process for the white chocolate bowl. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tbsp holiday sprinkles.
  • Gently spread the white chocolate layer over the dark layer. Top with more sprinkles while soft.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour in the fridge until fully set. Slice into small squares and enjoy every fudgy bite.

Notes

Use parchment to make lifting and cutting super easy. Work quickly while spreading each layer—the fudge sets fast. Don’t overheat the chocolate or it can seize up. Use high-quality chocolate chips for the smoothest texture. Add toppings before the top layer sets.
