Preparation

  • In another bowl, beat the milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; fold in the diced apples.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Cooking

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and drop spoonfuls of batter into the basket, leaving space between each fritter.
  • Air fry for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through; let cool slightly before serving.
