Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 4 pieces bone-in or boneless chicken thighs (about 1.5–2 lbs)

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Seasoning & Oil

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for greasing the air fryer basket

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  • Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken thighs in the basket and cook for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Pat chicken dry before marinating for better glaze adherence. Bone-in thighs may take longer; ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F. Store leftovers in airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
