Ingredients
  

Ladyfingers

  • 3 packages 3 (3-ounce) packages soft split ladyfingers

Dairy & Mousse Base

  • 2 packages 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened Soften to room temperature for smooth mousse
  • 2 cups 2 cups whipped cream

Fruit & Sweeteners

  • 1 cup 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup sugar

Flavorings

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, strawberry puree, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until well incorporated and light in texture.
  • Arrange a layer of ladyfingers in the bottom of a glass dish, trimming to fit if needed.
  • Spread half of the mousse mixture evenly over the first ladyfinger layer.
  • Add another layer of ladyfingers on top of the mousse, then spread the remaining mousse to cover.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the mousse is set and chilled through.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Top with fresh sliced strawberries and a dusting of powdered sugar for a pretty finish. Serve alongside a crisp spring salad or add a dollop of extra whipped cream for presentation.
