Ingredients
  

Greens & Veggies

  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1/2 medium Red onion Sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber Diced
  • 1 medium Avocado Diced
  • 1 medium Jalapeño Chopped

Dressing & Oils

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

For the spicy ranch

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and diced cucumber.
  • Add diced avocado and chopped jalapeño for heat.

Dressing

  • For the spicy ranch, mix sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and hot sauce in a separate bowl.
  • Drizzle the spicy ranch over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Choose firm-but-ripe avocados to hold shape when diced. Add jalapeño gradually to control spice. Toss salad just before serving to keep greens crisp. Store dressing separately to prevent sogginess.
