  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Whipped cream and mini marshmallows for serving

Instructions
 

  • Pour milk and cream into your slow cooker.
