- 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
- Assorted deli meats ham, turkey, roast beef
- Sliced cheese cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite
- Mustard yellow, Dijon, or spicy brown
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it
3. Spread a little mustard on one side of a Ritz cracker
4. Add a slice of deli meat and a square of cheese
5. Top with another cracker and press gently
