Ricotta Dip with Hot Honey

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta about 8 oz
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
- Sea salt flakes and cracked black pepper to finish

Instructions
