  • crockpot
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Season the pork chops on both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until smooth.
  • Place the seasoned pork chops in the crockpot and pour the gravy mixture over them.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours until tender.
  • Serve the pork chops over mashed potatoes or rice, topped with gravy and garnished with parsley.

Notes

Ensure to season the pork chops well to avoid blandness. Avoid overcrowding the crockpot; lay the chops in a single layer for even cooking. Use thick-cut pork chops to prevent drying out. Mix the sauce thoroughly for even cooking.
