Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreo cookies cream included
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 16 oz white chocolate wafers or almond bark
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • About 48 peppermint candies crushed

Instructions
 

  • Blend Oreos and cream cheese in a food processor until the mixture resembles sticky brownie batter.
  • Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls (about 36–48). Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Freeze the tray of balls for 20 minutes.
  • Melt white chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, then stir in peppermint extract.
  • Dip each frozen ball in melted chocolate and return to the tray.
  • Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies before the coating sets.
  • Chill until the chocolate hardens completely.

Notes

Soften cream cheese for smooth mixing. Freeze before dipping for clean results. Use pure peppermint extract for that classic candy cane flavor. Store in parchment layers to avoid stickiness.
