Protein

  • 2 pieces lobster tails

Butter Sauce

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped
  • to serve Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  • Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise to expose the meat.
  • Carefully pull the lobster meat out of the shell and place it on top, keeping it attached at the base.

Cooking

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster tails.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Don’t overcook the lobster; it gets tough quickly. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Experiment with herbs like thyme or dill for unique variations. Store leftovers in an airtight container, and consume within 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave for best results.
