Ingredients
  

  • 12 –15 clementines peeled and sectioned
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup red grapes
  • 1 green apple
  • 5 –6 large strawberries
  • 1 black tray or round serving platter
  • Optional: Fresh mint leaves for the stem

Instructions
 

  • Peel the clementines and separate into wedges. Rinse all fruit well.
  • Slice the apple into two large wedges to make a stem.
  • Arrange clementine slices in a full circle to shape a pumpkin.
  • Use red grapes or blueberries for two circular eyes.
  • Form a small triangle nose with 3–4 blueberries.
  • Create a wide grin using halved strawberries and blueberries for teeth.
  • Place the green apple wedges or a whole apple at the top for the stem.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your spooky fruit creation!

Notes

Assemble right before serving to keep fruit fresh and vibrant. Chill all ingredients beforehand and pat dry to prevent sliding on the tray. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
