Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ¼ cup raw hazelnuts
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and roast hazelnuts for about 5 minutes, then cool and rub off the skins.
  • Finely chop the cooled hazelnuts in a food processor.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt Nutella and butter for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth and mix in powdered sugar.
  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Brush melted chocolate into a heart-shaped mold, invert to remove excess, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle ground hazelnuts into the chocolate shells, fill with Nutella mixture, and pour remaining chocolate to seal.
  • Clean the mold and chill for at least 30 minutes until firm, then remove the truffles.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate chips for optimal results. Store the Nutella Hearts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Allow them to reach room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture.
