  • 2 medium medium zucchini, sliced into rounds

Oil

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Spices

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the zucchini slices in a large bowl.
  • Add the olive oil and toss to coat the slices evenly.
  • Mix the parmesan cheese and spices in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the zucchini and toss again so each slice is coated.

Cooking

  • Place the zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are brown.
  • Remove the zucchini and serve warm.

Notes
