Ingredients
  

  • Unsalted butter
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • All-purpose flour
  • Cocoa powder
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Halloween Oreos with orange filling
  • Optional: chocolate chunks candy eyes, sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter with chocolate chips until smooth and glossy.
  • Whisk in sugar, then beat in eggs one at a time for that shiny crackly top.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Fold in dry ingredients just until combined don’t overmix.
  • Spread half the batter in a greased baking pan, layer with Oreos, then cover with remaining batter.
  • Bake until the top is set but the center remains fudgy.
  • Cool completely before slicing for clean, neat squares.
  • Top with crushed Oreos, drizzle melted chocolate, or press in candy eyes while warm.

Notes

For clean slices, chill the brownies before cutting and use a warm knife. Add extra chocolate chips for gooey bites or spread ganache on top for an over-the-top twist. Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
