Preparation

  • Preheat the oven according to cookie dough package instructions.
  • Roll out the sugar cookie dough into a large circle on a baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, then allow to cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Arrange the sliced fresh fruits on top of the frosting in a decorative pattern.
  • Optionally, drizzle with chocolate or sprinkle with nuts for extra texture.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Cool the cookie crust completely before frosting to prevent melting. For cleaner slices, chill the assembled pizza for 20–30 minutes before cutting. Store leftovers covered in the fridge and consume within 2–3 days for best texture.
