  • 1 roll 16.5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough or 2 cups homemade
  • 2 tbsp melted butter optional, for richer crust

For the creamy topping

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for spreadability

For the fruit toppings

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi slices
  • 1 cup mandarin segments or sliced peaches

Glaze & extras

  • 1/4 cup apricot jam plus 1 tbsp water (optional glaze)
  • to taste Fresh mint for garnish
  • to taste Lemon zest optional

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12-inch pizza pan or round baking sheet.
  • Press cookie dough evenly into the pan to form a thin crust with a slight rim.
  • Bake crust for 12–16 minutes until lightly golden; let cool completely on a wire rack.
  • In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth and spreadable.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust, leaving a small border.
  • Arrange sliced fruit in rows or a concentric pattern, pressing gently into the topping.
  • Warm apricot jam with water until smooth and brush lightly over fruit for shine.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Cool the crust fully before spreading the topping to prevent slipping. For serving suggestions, pair with vanilla ice cream or sparkling water. Make it kid-friendly by offering bowls of fruit for customization.
