Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag microwave popcorn (light or regular butter, full-sized)
  • 1 cup green chocolate candy melts
  • ½ cup white chocolate candy melts
  • St. Patrick's Day sprinkles
  • Green Mint M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the popcorn and remove any unpopped kernels.
  • Divide the candy melts by color into separate bowls.
  • Melt the green candy melts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted green chocolate over the popcorn and mix well.
  • Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the popcorn, then add sprinkles.
  • Top with Green Mint M&Ms and let cool before serving.

Notes

Serving on a platter is recommended for presentation, but a baking sheet can be used if the popcorn will be bagged. Optional: Add green sugar sprinkles during the coating process.
