Ingredients
  

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., spinach, arugula, romaine)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped (color of your choice)
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette (or dressing of choice)

Instructions
