Ingredients
  

  • 18.2 oz. box brownie mix
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup mint M&M's

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, vanilla, flour, and oil until smooth, then fold in the chocolate chips and mint M&Ms.
  • Form about 2 tablespoons of dough into balls and place them on lined baking sheets, optionally topping with extra M&Ms.
  • Bake for 9 minutes and lightly tap the cookie sheet on the countertop to create crackly tops.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container.
