Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Mix in the egg, Baileys Irish Cream, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients and fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature to keep them fresh. They can also be frozen for later use. For a more indulgent experience, serve the cookies warm.
