Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • small bowl
  • Chopsticks or skewers
  • Platter

Ingredients

  • 2 rings Kielbasa (13.9 ounces each)
  • ¼ cup course ground Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cut the Kielbasa into ¼-inch slices without cutting all the way through, using chopsticks or skewers to guide the cuts.
  • Slice the sausage crosswise into 1-inch pieces to yield about 40 bites total.
  • Mix the mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and split into two bowls.
  • Add mayonnaise to one bowl of the mustard mixture to create the dipping sauce and refrigerate.
  • Coat the Kielbasa bites with half of the remaining mustard sauce, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
  • Place the Kielbasa bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Transfer the bites to a platter, drizzle with the reserved mustard sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with the mayonnaise dip.

Notes

For oven preparation, preheat to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Follow the same preparation steps and bake for 18-20 minutes until browned. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days; the dip can be stored for up to a week.
