Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Easter candy or chocolate eggs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then stir in vanilla extract.
  • Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the cooled crust, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and spread over the cheesecake layer.
  • Garnish with Easter candies or chocolate eggs before serving.
