Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and let the ground beef sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • Cook the ground beef with salt and pepper in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned, then mix in garlic powder and half of the cheddar cheese.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle, place the beef mixture and cheddar cheese in the center, cover with another biscuit, and seal the edges.
  • Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Brush the melted butter mixed with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder over the bombs immediately after baking.

Notes

Consider using mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for different flavors. For added crispiness, brush the dough lightly with an egg wash before baking. Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce for enhanced flavor.
