Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices cooked bacon (chopped) chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 4 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C) and prepare the broccoli by boiling or thawing if frozen.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, broccoli, garlic, ranch dressing, and cheeses.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch casserole dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes until hot and bubbly, then cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For convenience, use leftover or rotisserie chicken. Frozen broccoli is acceptable; ensure it's thawed and drained. The casserole can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
