Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, blueberries, red onion, and toasted pecans.
  • Top the salad with crumbled feta cheese.
  • In a small saucepan, heat balsamic vinegar over medium heat and simmer until reduced by half; stir in honey if desired and let cool.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad just before serving.

Notes

Toasting the pecans enhances their flavor. Fresh ingredients yield the best taste. Adjust or omit honey based on desired sweetness.
