Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Ditalini pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Red onion
  • 1/2 cup Black olives
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Use full-fat for richer flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil ditalini pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water before placing it in a large bowl.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and parsley to the bowl with the pasta.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the pasta salad and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  • Stir the salad before serving, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper as needed, and serve chilled.

Notes

Rinse pasta under cold water after cooking to stop the cooking process. Chill the salad for at least an hour before serving for better flavor integration. You can add proteins or cheeses for extra nutrition and flavor.
