Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas 12"
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 crunchy tostada shells
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for grilling

Instructions

Cook the Filling:

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer until thickened.

Assemble the Crunchwrap Supreme:

  • Place the flour tortilla on a flat surface. Add cooked beef, drizzle nacho cheese, place tostada shell, spread sour cream, add lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

Fold the Crunchwrap:

  • Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating overlapping folds to fully enclose the filling.

Grill the Crunchwrap:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil. Place Crunchwrap seam side down, cook for 2-3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook the other side.

Serve:

  • Cut in half and enjoy warm with your favorite sides or dips.

Notes

Tip: Pre-warm your tortillas to prevent cracking while folding.
Customization: Use ground turkey, chicken, or plant-based meat for healthier or vegetarian options.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat on a skillet or air fryer to regain crispness.
Optional Add-ins: Black beans, jalapenos, or avocado for extra flavor.
