Preparation

  • Slice the bananas thinly (about 1/8 inch) and place the slices in a bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon cinnamon with 1 tablespoon sugar.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the banana slices and gently toss to coat each piece.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, not overlapping, and lightly spray or brush with oil.
  • Air fry about 10–15 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crispy; let cool before serving.

Notes

Watch closely toward the end as air fryers can vary and chips can brown quickly. Store completely cooled chips in an airtight container to maintain crunch.
