  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Arrange zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and cook for another 1–2 minutes until melted.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Slice evenly to ensure uniform cooking; 1/4-inch rounds are ideal. Don't overcrowd the basket—work in batches for the crispiest results. Flip halfway to brown both sides evenly. Use a light spray of oil if your air fryer tends to stick. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat at 350°F until crisp.
