Oil & Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cheese

  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the zucchini thoroughly before slicing it into ½-inch rounds.
  • In a mixing bowl, drizzle the zucchini slices with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Cooking

  • Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap for best crisping.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, then shake the basket gently to flip the slices.
  • Continue cooking for an additional 3–5 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve immediately as a snack or side dish. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

Pat zucchini very dry to remove excess moisture and help them crisp. Don't overcrowd the basket; cook in batches for even browning. Adjust cook time based on slice thickness; thinner slices crisp faster. For extra crunch, finish with a quick broil or higher heat for 1–2 minutes if your fryer allows.
