  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Thinly slice the zucchinis and pat them dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika (if using), and black pepper until all slices are evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through.
  • Carefully remove the zucchini chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Slice uniformly thin for even crisping. Pat slices very dry to promote browning. Do not overcrowd the basket; use batches for best crisping. Store cooled chips in an airtight container and re-crisp in the air fryer for a few minutes.
