Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds scooped and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Optional: cinnamon sugar for a sweet version or a dash of cayenne for heat

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the seeds from your pumpkin and rinse them thoroughly.
  • Pat dry with a towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, cumin, paprika, and pepper.
  • Spread the seasoned seeds in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 360°F for 5 minutes, shaking halfway through.
