Ingredients
  

Veggies

  • 2 lb 2 lb potatoes, washed and cut into cubes About 1 kg of potatoes.

Oils & Fats

  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp olive oil

Spices & Seasonings

  • 1 tsp 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp ½ tsp red pepper flakes Adjust to taste.
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. You can peel the potatoes if you desire.
  • Cut the potatoes into cubes and transfer them into a bowl or the air fryer basket if you prefer.
  • Season the potatoes with Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix to combine so the potatoes are well coated.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with some cooking oil.

Cooking

  • Add the seasoned cubed potatoes to the air fryer and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the basket and give it a good shake or flip the potatoes if they are not many.
  • Continue to air fry the potatoes for another 10 to 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Check for doneness and season again with salt and pepper if needed before serving.

Notes

Cut potatoes into uniform cubes for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches for maximum crispiness. Adjust red pepper flakes to control the heat level. Store leftovers in an airtight container and re-crisp in the air fryer for a few minutes.
