- 3 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1. Slice cucumbers thin and pat dry.
2. Slice the red onion as thin as possible.
3. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt, and garlic powder.
4. Add cucumbers and onion, then toss to coat.
5. Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving.
