Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup caramel dip
  • 2 tbsp toffee bits
  • 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • Fresh apples for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth using a mixer.
  • Heat the caramel dip in the microwave until pourable.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture in a serving dish and pour the caramel over it.
  • Top with toffee bits, chopped peanuts, and walnuts.
  • Serve with fresh apple slices for dipping.

Notes

For a thicker caramel layer, use a caramel dip rather than a drippy caramel sauce. Tart apple varieties, such as Granny Smith, are recommended for balancing the sweetness of the dip. To prevent cut apples from browning, toss them with a little lemon juice.
