Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup thick caramel dip or sauce
  • ¼ cup toffee bits
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts or walnuts
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips brown sugar, festive sprinkles
  • For dipping: fresh apple slices graham crackers, pretzels, gingersnaps

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread into a shallow serving dish.
  • Warm caramel slightly in the microwave (10 seconds), then drizzle evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle toffee bits, chopped nuts, and any extra toppings like chocolate chips or sprinkles.
  • Serve immediately with sliced apples and dippers, or chill for 10 minutes to let it set.

Notes

Let cream cheese soften for easy mixing. Use lemon juice to prevent apple slices from browning. Toasted nuts add extra flavor. Prep the cream base ahead, but add toppings just before serving.
