  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 10 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 10 oz white vanilla melting wafers
  • Christmas sprinkles or crushed peppermint

Instructions

  • Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Alternatively, crush them in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
  • Add softened cream cheese and pulse or mix by hand until a thick dough forms.
  • Scoop into 1-inch balls and roll smooth. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill in fridge for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Melt dark chocolate wafers in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round.
  • Dip half the chilled balls in dark chocolate and top with sprinkles immediately.
  • Repeat process with white vanilla wafers and remaining balls.
  • Chill dipped Oreo balls until the coating sets completely.
  • Serve chilled from the fridge, add to gift boxes, or place on a dessert board.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture. Add sprinkles while chocolate is wet. Chill before and after dipping for best shape. Try different Oreos or toppings to match your holiday vibe.
