Christmas Fudge (Easy No-Bake Holiday Treat)

You're going to love this one sweet, salty, festive, and totally addictive. This gluten free reindeer chow is crunchy, creamy, and packed with holiday joy. It’s no-bake, easy to whip up, and disappears faster than Santa up the chimney. Perfect for snacking, gifting, or sneaking by the handful!

Ingredients
  

  • Chex cereal certified gluten free
  • Popped popcorn
  • Gluten free pretzels
  • Dry roasted peanuts optional
  • Dairy free white chocolate chips
  • Coconut oil
  • Christmas sprinkles or nonpareils
  • Optional: mini marshmallows crushed candy canes, dried cranberries, or gluten free cereal bits

Instructions
 

  • In a very large mixing bowl, toss together Chex, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts until evenly combined.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over the dry mix and quickly stir to coat.
  • Fold in sprinkles and any additional mix-ins while the chocolate is still glossy.
  • Spread the mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Once firm, break into chunks and serve or package for gifting.

Notes

Prep all your ingredients before melting the chocolate to work quickly. Use a giant bowl to avoid spills. Let the mix set completely before breaking into chunks. Stores well for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
