Tender, juicy, and loaded with creamy, cheesy goodness this chicken breast recipe is comfort food done right! It’s quick, versatile, and sure to become a weeknight favorite.
1 ½cupsgrated Parmesan cheesereserve ½ cup for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup Parmesan until smooth.
Arrange chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top, then sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F.
Switch oven to broil and cook 2–3 minutes more until the topping is golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
Notes
Try mayo instead of sour cream for extra richness. Add smoked paprika or Italian herbs for a flavor twist. Reheat leftovers in the oven or microwave they stay just as tasty!
