- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1 ounce chocolate chips optional
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Optional: extra caramel drizzle cinnamon sprinkle
1. Pour apple cider into a small saucepan and toss in the cinnamon stick, nutmeg, and cloves
2. Warm it over medium heat until it’s just about to bubble
3. Stir in the caramel sauce and chocolate chips (if using) and whisk until smooth
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and maple syrup until soft peaks form
5. Remove cider from heat and discard cinnamon stick
6. Pour into mugs and top with maple whipped cream
7. Drizzle with extra caramel and serve warm
