Buffalo Chicken Dip in a Crock Pot

This buffalo chicken dip in a crock pot is creamy, spicy, and loaded with cheesy goodness. Perfect for game days or cozy get-togethers it practically makes itself.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Tortilla chips celery sticks, or crackers (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • 1. Combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, and 1 cup of cheddar in your Crock Pot. Stir well.
  • 2. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1–2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
  • 3. Once smooth, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar over the top. Cover until melted.
  • 4. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for a richer flavor.
Rotisserie chicken is a quick shortcut.
Keep warm on the WARM setting at parties to stay gooey.
Great leftovers for toast, pasta, or quesadillas.
