- 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Tortilla chips celery sticks, or crackers (for serving)
1. Combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, and 1 cup of cheddar in your Crock Pot. Stir well.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1–2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
3. Once smooth, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar over the top. Cover until melted.
4. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with your favorite dippers.
Use full-fat cream cheese for a richer flavor.
