Bruschetta Dip
This easy Bruschetta Dip combines juicy tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and mozzarella for a fresh, Italian-inspired appetizer perfect for any occasion.

- 4 Roma tomatoes diced and seeds removed
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped or torn
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls or diced fresh mozzarella
Dice the tomatoes and remove any excess juice or seeds.
Mince the garlic and chop the fresh basil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, and basil.
Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar (if using).
Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Gently stir in the mozzarella pearls or chunks.
Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve chilled with crostini, crackers, or sliced veggies.
