  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth, then stir in honey to taste.
  • Spread the cream cheese and yogurt mixture evenly over the cooled pizza crust, leaving a small edge like a pizza.
  • Arrange the assorted seasonal fruits over the creamy layer in a single, colorful layer.
  • Sprinkle granola over the fruits for added texture and a little crunch.
  • Slice into wedges and serve immediately as a bright breakfast treat.

Notes

Let the crust cool completely before spreading the topping to prevent sliding. Use firm, sliced fruit to keep the topping stable and easy to cut. Prepare the cream cheese layer the night before for faster assembly. Store leftover slices in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
